First up, our fearless founder and leader, Aryn. Aryn grew up in the Midwest and moved to Charleston in 2006. Although he didn’t have any family, or really know anyone, Charleston instantly felt like home to him. Immediately after moving, he plugged into his church, Seacoast Community Church, where he developed a community that has, in-turn, become his family. He met his wife, Rebecca there and they were married in 2009. Since then, they have had three amazing kids - Knox, Cora, and Maya. His faith and family will always be his highest priority.

As a 2003 graduate of Taylor University with a BA in Business Marketing & minor in Graphic Design, Aryn accepted a position with Allstate Insurance and was licensed in Property and Casualty insurance. His next career move was to the independent agency channel and was licensed in Life and Health insurance. The move allowed him to become more flexible and competitive on behalf of his clients.

In 2011, Aryn ventured onto his own and started Blueprint Insurance Group. With a passion to help people in a more effective way, Blueprint has since evolved into a boutique agency where the client-relationships are the primary focus. His mission, over the coming years, is to continue that focus and expand the Blueprint of the agency in the Southeast market.

Aryn enjoys an active lifestyle that always involves meeting new people - whether it’s on the golf course or catching waves at Isle of Palms.

Sarah Williams-Scalise, Producer

Sarah grew up in a small town in Upstate NY and received her BA in International Studies with minors in Business Admin and Spanish in 2010. After graduating, Sarah spent a few years in Boston, Pittsburgh, and Charlotte.

After marrying Nathan in 2015, they made one last move to Charleston. Sarah started with the Blueprint team in April of 2017 and quickly began volunteering and leading community organizations.

Her passion as a small business owner has been an asset to the continued growth and success of Blueprint.

Caleb Lowder, CBIA

Caleb is a Charleston native - born and raised in Charleston County. He graduated from The Citadel in 2017 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Shortly after graduation, he married his high school sweetheart, Allie. After working in leadership at Dicks Sporting Goods for 6 years, he joined the Blueprint team in 2019. Caleb enjoys spending his time outdoors, whether it’s on the water fishing, or in the woods hunting. In 2020, he and Allie welcomed their daughter, Evelyn, into the world.
